Our preferred shipping methods are through the U.S. Postal Service. For domestic packages we prefer to use Priority Mail or Express Mail. For our international customers, we recommend Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail. For small, lightweight packages and envelopes you may choose to use First Class Mail or Air Mail Letter Post.    [back to top]
At times, we will use other carriers when shipping odd sizes or heavier objects. If you require specialized shipping, kindly let us know in advance to see if we can accommodate you. Please note that UPS and Federal Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.    [back to top]
Delivery times vary based on product type, delivery method, and availability. The timetable below should be used only as an estimate for order completion times. Certain factors such as holidays, product availability, complexity of customization, as well as delays with the shipping carrier may affect delivery times.      
  • in-stock, non-personalized items usually ship within 48 hours of receipt of orders; larger orders may take slightly longer
  • in-stock, personalized and/or embroidery items usually ship in 10-14 days. These items may take longer if products/colors/sizes are special ordered, or if there are large/multiple quantity orders.
  • custom orders or back-ordered inventory shipping times vary depending on individual suppliers

If you placed your order online or have provided an email address with your written order, we will forward a shipping confirmation email to you with any appropriate tracking numbers/information. This is why it is very important to provide your correct email address.    [back to top]
Yes, most items are insured. The appropriate insurance charges are automatically added to the shipping and handling charges. Items shipped by U.S.P.S. ground delivery (first class mail or parcel post) are not insured unless otherwise requested.    [back to top]
Please contact us immediately if your order has been damaged in transit. We will advise you what steps need to be taken for any damages. All original packing materials, packing slips and/or receipts must be included with your returned items for any damage claims to be processed. No items will be accepted for return without prior authorization.    [back to top]
Certainly. To ship your order to someone else or another address, just enter the appropriate information in the ‘Shipping Information’ area during checkout.   
Please note that all items in your order must be shipped to the same address. If you require items to be shipped to different addresses, kindly place a separate order for each address. Our shopping cart does not allow us to split orders.    [back to top]
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping is based on weight and class via current U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) rates. We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $199 within the Continental U.S. When free shipping is an option, we reserve the right use the carrier and delivery method of our choice. We will still provide tracking numbers, if available, for free shipping deliveries.    [back to top]
We do ship internationally, but due to certain import/export regulations, we cannot ship all products to all locations. Prior to ordering, kindly check with us to see if we can accommodate you. Additional charges may apply for some areas or products.    [back to top]
Customs forms must and will be filled out for all packages shipped outside of the U.S. Declared content and values will accurately reflect the items enclosed. We will not mark items as ‘gifts’ or ‘no declared value’ if they do not fit those categories. DL Creations does not collect any duty fees from our customers. Any duty fees required by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer directly to the appropriate agency.    [back to top]
In most cases you can. All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Express Mail, or UPS/Federal Express can be traced. We will provide the appropriate tracking numbers for these orders. Packages shipped via First Class Mail, Parcel Post, or International Post cannot be traced.     [back to top]
