The fastest and easiest way to place an order is online. Our secure shopping cart is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Simply add items to your cart and, if applicable, any personalization information. Upon checking out, you will be prompted to enter your payment, shipping, and billing information. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. We will forward a shipping notification upon completion of your order. Tracking numbers will then be forwarded for all traceable shipments (priority mail and UPS). International customers, kindly contact us for shipping rates and product availability in your area prior to ordering.
For all personalized orders, please carefully enter and re-check your order prior to
checking out. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or mistakes made during your order process.

If you do not wish to or cannot place an order online, we will gladly accept orders by phone, fax, and mail. Simply add items to your cart, as you would order online. Prior to confirming your order, print a copy of your order and fax it to us at 718-448-0081 with your credit card number.
If you would like to place an order over the phone, kindly call us at 718-448-0060 during our business hours - Monday through Friday 10-6, and Saturday 10-1 EST. To make ordering faster and easier, please have your product information available at the time of your call.

At DL Creations we strive to expedite your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock, non-personalized products are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of orders. Personalized or custom orders take longer to process. All orders are processed in the order we receive them. If you have a special occasion or deadline to meet, kindly let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If we must process a rush order, there is a rush order fee of $20.00 per order, in addition to the appropriate expedited shipping charges. In the event our product schedule does not allow us to process rush orders (such as during holidays and special events), we reserve the right to deny rush order processing. We will, therefore, notify you immediately and allow you the option of proceeding with the order with normal processing time. If you choose to accept the order within normal delivery times, no rush order fee will be assessed.

Certainly. We are happy to ship your gift order directly to the recipient. Simply enter the appropriate information in the ‘Ordering Instructions’ area during checkout. If you would like to include a personal message, please enter it within the shipping instructions. Your message will be included on the packing slip. We will also wrap your gift for an additional $6.00 per package, which includes a custom printed gift card with your personal message. If you do not require gift-wrapping, you may still include a custom printed card for a small fee of $1.00.
Please note that all items in your order must be shipped to the same address. If you require items to be shipped to different addresses, kindly place a separate order for each address. Our shopping cart does not allow us to split orders.

Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount from $10 to $500, and may be used for any of our products or services. If you require a larger amount, kindly contact us to make the purchase. You may also select a gift from our exclusive Create-A-Gift program where the recipient can choose a specially designed gift package.

Usually we can. We try to carry a wide variety of products. However, if you cannot find what you are looking for, kindly let us know, and we will do our best to order it for you as quickly as possible.

In most cases, products may be ordered without embroidery or personalization. Simply leave the personalization option blank. Some of our products are received pre-decorated from the manufacturer. These items cannot be changed and must be ordered as is. You may opt not to include the additional personalization if it is an option.

Yes. We offer a gift card option for all orders. Please check the gift card option on your shopping cart screen to include a custom printed card. You may type your special message in the area provided. Our standard layout will be used, unless otherwise noted. There is a nominal charge of $1.00 for this option.

For all orders shipped within New York State, we must collect NYS sales tax of 8.375% on all taxable items.

We try to keep all our current items in stock at all times. Occasionally, items sell out and are not in stock. In this case, we will notify you immediately of the situation and give you an estimated delivery date for the item. You may choose to cancel the out of stock item or place it on backorder. If you choose to cancel the out of stock item, the balance of your order will be shipped to you. Should you choose to place it on backorder, we will ship the product to you as soon as it is available. You will only be charged for the items shipped at the time of shipment.
