FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At DL Creations, our customers are very important to us. This means that we want to help make your experience with us as pleasant and easy as possible. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Should there be a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can find a solution that works best for you.    [back to top]
 
While most in-stock and some special order or customized items are returnable, others are not. Please see individual return policies below. All returns must be pre-authorized to receive a refund, exchange, or credit. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of your order of any problems or discrepancies. Any item that does not have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be eligible for credit, exchange, or refund. All original packing materials, packing slips and/or receipts must be included with your returned items for any return claims to be processed. Please call us at 718-448-0060 during normal business hours, fax us at 718-448-0081, or email us at service@stitchshopnow.com.
  • In-Stock, Non-Personalized Items: May be returned in their original, unused saleable condition with all original packing materials. All clothing, blankets, bibs, accessories, etc., must be new and unworn, with any tags intact. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 5 days within receipt of your order. All item(s) must be returned in the same package within 30 days of receipt and insured for the full value, along with a copy of the original order. Upon receipt of returned goods, an exchange or refund will be given in the original method of payment. Original and return shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Only in the event an error on our part, we will assume all new shipping and return charges.
  • Personalized, Embroidered, or Custom Items: These items may only be returned if the item is damaged or produced incorrectly by DL Creations. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 5 days within receipt of your order. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and insured for the full value, along with all original packing materials and a copy of your order. The item will be repaired or replaced as originally ordered - no changes will be made except to fix any damages or errors made by DL Creations.
  • Charts, Graphs, Threads, Software, Designs: Due to copyright law, charts, graphs, design packs, books containing charts or graphs, and software may not be returned, except in the case of an error by DL Creations. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 5 days within receipt of your order.   Threads and fibers many not be returned except in the case of an error by DL Creations. Opened packages of beads and accessories, as well as any items that have been used may not be returned.
